Student Council
The Student Council is a democratically elected group of 12 students which is elected by all students in their year groups from First Year to Leaving Certificate.
Training is provided for Student Council members.
Representatives attend Comhairle na nÓg and Dáil na nÓg to discuss matters of interest to young people.
Fifth year representatives on Student Council attend the Le Chéile Conference.
The Council has a very important say in the College.
The Student Council meet at lunchtime every Tuesday.
The Council meet with the School Principal and the Student Council Liaison Teacher every week.
Feedback is given to students at Assemblies. A Suggestion Box and Student Council Notice Board are also available as means of communicating the work of the Council.
The Student Council has recently established a Twitter page.
Parents' Association
The Parents' Association is a great way to get involved with the school community. We arrange social and educational events, fundraising, support school events, enhance school facilities and services.
